If your pet does not yet have a health booklet, the doctor will certainly create one for it. This is an important document – please remember to bring it to every subsequent visit to the veterinarian.
If your pet requires specialist tests, they will be performed in our clinic.
If you have been referred to us for specialist tests by your attending doctor, please remember to bring the referral with you (available for download on our website). Please also bring the health booklet and all medical documentation you have regarding treatment so far (medical history, information about tests performed, test results, medications administered).
