FAQ

DIAGNOSTIC TESTS

Should my animal be fasted before tests?

For most blood tests, we recommend that the animal be fasted for 8-10 hours, unless the doctor recommends otherwise.

Should my animal be prepared for an MRI or CT examination?

Yes, these examinations require special preparation, including fasting. Detailed recommendations are described on the website.

How should I prepare stool samples?

Stool samples are best collected at home into a clean, sealed container. Usually, 2-3 samples collected at two-day intervals are recommended. Until the clinic visit, samples should be stored in the refrigerator. The collection time does not matter.

How should I prepare urine samples?

A urine sample is best collected into a clean disposable container and delivered to the clinic as soon as possible.

How should I prepare my animal for blood collection?

The animal should be calm and fasted if the test requires it. Water may be given.

When can I collect my animal after an examination?

In most cases, the animal can be collected on the same day after the procedure is completed. For examinations requiring anesthesia, we monitor the animal after waking up, which may delay collection.

What time can I come for a blood test?

Blood tests are performed during clinic opening hours, preferably after prior contact. Because the animal should usually be fasted, it is best to come for testing in the morning.

PAYMENTS

Can I receive an invoice for treatment?

Yes, we issue VAT invoices and personal invoices. Please report this need at reception before payment.

Can I use the MediRaty service?

Yes, the Teodorowscy Clinic in Warsaw offers the option of financing treatment through the MediRaty system.

Why is there no price list on the website?

Information about service costs is provided directly at the clinic. We are happy to explain the scope and approximate prices during personal contact or during a visit. Due to applicable regulations and the individual nature of treatment, we do not publish a price list on the website.

Why do you not provide service or procedure prices by phone?

Without examining the patient, we cannot reliably determine the cost of treatment. The price is set after a medical consultation, once the actual scope of procedures is known.

What payment methods do you accept at the Clinic?

We accept cash, card and BLIK payments. In Warsaw, clients can also use the MediRaty service.
